The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites open tenders for the "Development, Operation and Maintenance of Wayside Amenities on different sections of National Highway on lease basis in Madhya Pradesh (DBOT-4 Sites) and Rajasthan (DBOT-1 Site)Indore -Gujrat of NH-47/84-720(LHS)/Hatod/MP" under Tender Reference Number NHLML-WSA0BIDS/3/2025/E-2333. This is a Works tender. The tender documents can be downloaded from 24-Jul-2025 06:55 PM until 09-Sep-2025 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online from 24-Jul-2025 06:55 PM and no later than 09-Sep-2025 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 10-Sep-2025 03:30 PM at NHLML HQ. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,00,000 and a tender fee of ₹23,600 are required, payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI. Payment can be made through Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, R-T-G-S, Insurance Surety Bond or other means. The period of work is 10950 days and the bid validity is 180 days. Two covers are required: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including scanned copies of the tender cost, EMD, Power of Attorney, and Technical Documents I-IV, and the other for the Financial Proposal.
